DHTC offers remote PC support from the comfort of your home or your desk. Using the Remote Support Application will connect a DHTC rep to your PC in a matter of minutes.

  • Contact a DHTC technician.
  • Inform the technician of your problem, if the tech believes a remote session is required download the DHTC.ca remote support application.

How To Install Support

Installation of the Remote Support App is quick and easy, just follow these simple steps.

  • Save InstantSupport.exe to your desktop and run the application.
  • Accept any prompts that come up.
  • The application will give you a 6 digit number, give this to the technician.
  • The technician will use this number to connect to your PC.
  • After a few minutes you will be connected to the technician. They will be able to see what you see on your screen.
